As far as I know the insurance is OK. The experience of calling by telephone is very bad. First the automatic lady very slowly and tediously asks too many questions, sometimes does not understand the answer, starts again at the beginning. Finally, after the usual long period of music, a human lady answers - and is helpful and efficient.

The increase in premium over last year (about 25%) is unacceptable, so I was pleased to be able to negotiate a reduction, even if I had to rescind some of the 'benefits' to do so. The person who was allocated to me, Fiaz, was fair, knowledgeable and efficient. How pleasant from the pre-recorded voices (or useless girls) one so often meets with these days. The personal touch is valued and appreciated.
