The person I spoke to was efficient, pleasant and helpful. The premium very reasonable. The only problem was the computerised answering system which was hard work even by the very low standards set by these things.

You put my insurance for no good reason and then I had to call and spend time on the phone to get a better offer - which was still more expensive than last year.
