I did an online chat and they told me the part I wanted was in stock. I ordered it Two weeks later I was advised that it was back ordered for two to four weeks. Had I known that to begin with, I wouldn’t have ordered it. Also shipping charges were like $75. And free from other suppliers. The only reason I found out that it was back ordered was because I got an email asking me if I had gotten the product. It said to contact them in 24 to 48 hours if I had not. So I waited and advised them I hadn’t gotten it. The responded that they had sent me an email a couple days before advising me of the back order. Searched my emails and did not get one.

My order for a wheel and tire was over two weeks ago. It has yet to arrive, tried calling left VM no response. Probably will shop elsewhere in the future.

On March 3, 2020 I ordered a part from there webpage. They sent the wrong part. I contacted the company and spoke with Trina. I explained that the part was incorrect. She said that she spoke with Dometic and they assured her that was the correct part. I let Trina know that had spoke with a representative of Dometic to get the correct part number before ordering from RV Parts Nation. Trina started talking bad about Dometic. So I let Trina know that part number on their site was correct but they sent me the incorrect/number. And that I would like a full refund. I had corresponded with RV Parts Nation for the next four months before getting my refund. This company is very difficult to get someone to return phone calls or respond to emails. Trina was quick to blame someone else. I truly believe that Trina thought that I would have just walked away with out getting reimbursed. I would not recommend this company for anything.

Most of the items I ordered arrived 3 days later. One item should arrive in about 7 days (yet to happen). Each item was exactly what I was expecting.

I placed an order on May 3rd and still no item. I have called and left messages because no one is answering the phones, sent a few emails and still no response. It has been over a month since I ordered the item but was charged immediately. Very upset.

They had what I needed to replace my RV roof, but there was no option to purchase the kit. You could only view it. I was able to gather everything individually and order it, but lots of products seemed to have the same problem. I'm waiting on my supplies to be delivered.

After visiting three RV surplus stores here in town, an not finding a Duo-Therm, heat/ac thermostat. I pulled up Rv Parts Nation an boom, there it was. This is the second time Rv Parts Nation has had the parts I need. Next time I’m skipping the run around, an going straight online to Rv Parts Nation.

Have not received item but money taken out of my account! Been over 2 weeks since ordered! Plus, they wanted almost $10 for shipping! Have read lots of other reviews stating the same problem & say it's a scam! I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau!

Customer service is non existent. Left multiple emails and phone calls. Nothing. I ordered a water heater 2 weeks ago was charged for it but haven't heard anything since.
