I've been waiting over 3 months for a mortgage offer on a simple buy to let property. Why is taking so long ? Never waited such a time for a mortgage offer, and all the rest in past have been free. This is over £600 There has been close to zero communication to the broker and no explanation at all for this delay, nevermind an apology. I would avoid using this company if you value your time

It was my first time using Landbay for a company BTL mortgage and I was left hugely impressed. I have never experienced a service this quick in terms of progression from initial application, to valuation, to mortgage offer. The whole process was incredibly streamlined, which serves to help us as investors, as speed of mortgage can often be an important factor. I would like to give a special mention to the underwriter, Jasmin, who handled my case, as I had some issues with how my address appeared on Equifax. While this could have been a significant issue and added time to the process, Jasmin was extremely speedy and helpful in both responding and acting to progress the case to offer. The whole process (including issues with Equifax) was two weeks, which I find incredible compared to other lenders I have previously used.

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Jasmin Locke and the team at Landbay on circa 12 individual applications for the same client that were quite complex within their own right.
