United Arab Emirates | 11 October 2019I am a director of a development company with a substantial development loan that we are paying interest on. Through our trusted mortgage broker we submitted an application to Landbay over 3 months ago and they have not bothered getting back to us and have showed very little interest in acting in a professional capacity. I would not recommend anyone to use Landbay as there are far better lenders out there. Landbay have cost us thousands of pounds as a result of their gross negligence. Disgraceful service!

United Kingdom | 19 August 2019Quite frankly possibly the most incompetent of companies I have ever had to deal with. As a Landlord of several properties I have dealt with many Mortgage companies over many years and these are by far the worst. As other reviewers have said they take ages to respond, ask for information in dribs and drabs, consistently lose information on a regular basis, do not read information that has been sent etc. etc. If I could give them no Stars I would. They have cost me a substantial amount of money through their incompetence and I really wish my broker had never put them forward to me. My advice, avoid like the plague!!

United Kingdom | 04 August 2019my first time in a long time writing a review about of a product. Am a portfolio landlord with some decent number of properties and experience in my portfolio. This particular one has to be the worst with any lender. I was warned by many against Landbay. I am aware of 6 others with similar or worse experience with Landbay. Says a lot by them. I am still in the middle of my application with them- its being so torturous that I have decided to quit mid way . They are a pain in the "neck". May be they dont understand how a B2L is different from a residential mortgage. Where others are promising for a DIP( Decision in Principle) in seconds or minutes or hours. Its been horrifying 4 weeks for a silly DIP. (fake claims on their website-"2 Day turnaround") Every time that the underwriter is asked for an update-it appears that wakes him up from snooze mode . Not sure who is to blame here. I rather pause my rant here. Instead reserve this for my keynote speech at the Investors Meet next week. Last words "stay & run away from them. "

United Kingdom | 02 August 2019In my 20 years of nvesting in various fin-instruments and brick n mortar. They perhaps are bottom drawer amongst the lenders and P2P. Tried both --investing and BTL mortgage- with this outfit. Disappointed with their service levels. Staff untrained . Work Mode similar to the 80s. Just an old clown in a new gown (over-using the name "fin-tech"). Discourage all investors or BTL.

United Kingdom | 19 June 2019Very happy with the service and the returns. One very small point to make is that I have some loans which are "non-performing". Landbay assure me none of these have defaulted to date, but it's not made clear in the literature what these are. Still giving 5* as none have actually defaulted and it's probably <1% of my portfolio.

United Kingdom | 03 December 2018I have had an account for 18 months and so far they have done what they say on the Tim. They will never, I think, set the world alight but so far so good.
