I have found Premex services to be very efficient and professional. The instructions I received on how to find Professor Arshad Majid, Neurologist were excellent. He too was very professional and knowledgeable. Thankyou for your support.

Wasn’t sure about how this went , felt nervous and unsure what to say

My appointment was not actually arranged leaving me to travel and not seen. There was no empathy at all until this was escalated.

The lady was supportive and helpful with her questions.

The one problem I had was the person I went to see was one hour late for my appointment.

Good service, they travelled to me instead of my having to travel to them, thus reducing my stress.

I felt that the doctor wasn’t fully interested in what I was advised to tell him I was also told it was a 45 minute appointment but was 5-6 minutes max. I was also advised the report would have been done within two weeks max and we are now at three weeks and still no report.

Seen on time after greeting by a pleasant reception desk doctor explained everything clearly altogether a pleasant experience the only negative was the steps into the practice but I did manage to get in and out ok
