However, I am concerned that as my Case involves in my opinion, not only Personal Injury, but also involves clear Medical Negligence to my detriment meaning I could live out my twilight years, in a Wheelchair. I am sorry that no one linked to Premex is able to take on a Medical Negligence Case that is very winnable. This despite New Law website stating that Practice does undertake Medical Negligence cases. Very disappointing, especially if I have to be in a Wheelchair for most of the rest of my life. Only circa £1200 as compensation is not very much indeed!

To be honest the whole process has been a letdown. It causes me sleepless nights and constant worry. I had my assessment on the 12th October.
