The appointment was close to home.

Well I had my appointment with the ENT Specialist over 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the report! Not very efficient

Pure physio was great,I work away all week in a truck,I normally made an appointment late on a Friday,if I couldn’t get back in time,I’d ring pure physio if I couldn’t make it.then I’d receive a nasty email from yourselves,seeing as I’ve been diagnosed with ptsd all it did was affect my mental health even more.I still need physio but won’t do it in case I can’t attend an appointment,well nasty emails seem to be the response

I’m writing this whilst waiting for the final outcome of my case, which has been going on since January 2021 Premex have been fine and have met the requirements as instructed by the solicitors dealing with my case I have nothing negative or constructive to feed back in this company Thank you for the help they have provided and I look forward to hearing a verdict on my claim shortly

After using the text service and asking if it was possible to change my appointment to a Saturday, the person went ahead and cancelled my existing appointment before even finding out! Can't speak to a person, text service is very poor indeed, I then had to make a new appointment which was extremely inconvenient, it turns out that there are no Saturday appointments to see my specialist, so why on earth did this person just cancel my existing appointment?? All in all I found them to be rude and incompetent!!

Wouldn't even give you one star but I had to to give this review the doctor I was assigned dr syed used an aggressive approach on the first meeting stating aggressively that I did off road mountain biking became aggressive and at one point shouting aggressively when he has no grounds as proof as i dont and never have when you try to show him some evidence hes doesnt want to no states he can only go on medical evidence on the screen id love to no ware it says i have had previous injuries and did off road mountain biking on my medical evidence and shouting aggressively that was the cause of my injuries he then sent me to a physio who was an absolute disgrace Grovener road physio I had to endure being secretly filmed by his partner on the second visit walking from the waiting room to the consulting room then have them giggling like teenagers thinking I had no idea that paula was filming absolute unprofessional made a point of telling me he was on holiday for 2 weeks only to have a call of my solicitor to ask why i had missed an appointment as he was only on holiday for a week all to discredit your claim and finally discharged with pain free and free fom pain relief when I was obviously still taking strong pain relief if he would have bothered to look at my medical sheets and then only 12 weeks later being told I need major surgery make no assumptions these people are here to help you they are here to gain work from insurance companies by discreding your injuries their actions made me actually come close to taking my own life its only going to be a matter of time before some one actually does sitting in the waiting room on my second visit to Dr syed i got talking to another couple who were waiting to see him it came obvious I'm not the only one who has been subjected to his aggressive Manor to obtain his results absolute disgrace like I said would not even give one star

I was made very welcome when i arrived,shown where to sit and was asked politely to wait till i was shoutted into my appointment.
