Went to see a medical professional regarding a medico legal report for my solicitor after a broken ankle. Was in and out in 7 minutes, very brief examination of my ankle, thought well he's a qualified ortho surgeon he will know what's going on. Now the worst part, I had the examination at the end of January 2023, its now the end of October 2023 and I'm still waiting on this report, was asked a few times to authorise for release of medical records. Not sure if this was just a one off or a regular occurrence, but doesn't fill me with confidence

Initially when premex took my claim over it was very quick and efficient. However once the initial assessment was done the communication is non existant. My claim is still on going and i am still waiting for a resolve in my case. This trust pilot link is the only communication ive had in months.

Shockingly bad company, requests the same documents again and again and delay everything. I’ve never known such a poor service, my claim has taken over three years to date, finally sent an update which has now been removed, my claim has gone from negotiation stage back to medical reports. My next apt offered is 4hr 23min car journey 9 hour round trip which is impossible with the damage to my spine & neck - 9hr trip on insurance claim is a joke surely they’re duty bound to provide a service I can access!! Yet I get made out to be difficult in voicing that due to my current and long term disabilities I could never get myself there!!

I was expecting that Dr will thoroughly examine my face and eye well before send the recording voice over. How can you see the bad eye when I'm wearing glasses and didn't ask me to remove the glasses. The psychological trauma alone when something is getting closer to my eye was not discussed at all and spent just a couple of minutes with the doctor as if we are in a hurry.

Absolutely unbelievable wait times, with little to no communication from anyone to myself regarding any updates/information. Also, 2 out of 3 of the ‘medical professionals’ that I have been seen by have just been in a rush to get the appointment over and done with and haven’t really listened to what I’ve said or taken it into account
