This was offered at the end of the consultation I also told him about my L5 S1 disc out and answer was I don’t need to know that Which I was not happy about

Meanwhile, after 9 weeks have passed, the Medical Report is not ready,and don't know how to access it. Disappointed to say the least,However the Doctor and the Secretary that I saw on the day were most professional and I appreciate their assistance.

Every time I have attempted to seek further clarity / information (i.e., expert cv's) Premex have been unable to help and have referred me back to my solicitor every time. Premex are referring and arranging appointments with the wrong experts and failing to provide an informed process for the purposes of an important personal injury claim.

Premex hadn’t told them the appointment was confirmed despite confirming it with me.
