I had a traffic accident on 25 November 2021 and have had three medical appointments since via Premex. The first one resulted in a report with glaring errors, as did the second in September 2022; the second one has still not been amended. My third consultant appointment was on 2 June this year and I am still waiting for the report. I have had no treatment whatsoever since my accident.

The doctor was great and the information was relayed perfect

Premex omitted to give Medicolegal examining doctor my address so he had no idea, from Birmingham to London which office would be near for me. Lots of emails for us to sort out. Premex asked for medical information already given to them from St Mary's. I checked forms before realising they already had info and had to let them know. Think 3 Harley Street doctors abd trips could have been reduced to one. Mr Max Almond Seemed to be covering all aspects of my injuries.

I was met at the appointed place and escorted to the consulting room. The Dr was very thorough and explained everything as he went about the assessment. I was escorted back out.

My appointment was short but result was achieved in that time.
