No empathy, very rude doctor didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. Absolutely a waste of time. I saw a doctor at crofton surgery months ago who was very caring, patient and took his time to listen to what I had to say. (I’m guessing those notes have been lost) it was the same question air so not sure why I got sent again for the same thing. After crofton ms doctor who was incredible to be then be sent to an other doctor in Wakefield whose attitude was terrible.

I found the consultant easy to work with and he made me as comfortable as was possible at the time.

Trustworthy company, effient and reliable. All matter regarding the accident are dealt with professional manner. Speaking with the company is easy. Courtesy and their manners are excellent. I feel great that I can speak to the company easy and I get accurate reply.

Speed and efficiency

Premex told me to attend a hospital appointment but sent me to the wrong Hospital, the Surgeon because i missed the appointment through no fault of my own then refused to arrange another appointment. i have never received an apology, and after Weeks of seeing another Doctor i am still waiting for the results if i could give no stars then i would

I was told no stairs but when l get there they had a very steep set of yes, you guessed that stairs, luckily there was a stairlift, it was old and slow, but l managed to get up and down in it.

Sympathetic professional and thorough

Used Premex as they were appointed by my legal rep. Took months for them to get my records, didn’t help that they were using the wrong birthdate for me for the first 3 weeks. I had to contact them initially because they said id given them the wrong GP. Got there in the end but took an age for records to be collated. Sometimes difficult to get hold of.
