Specialist said 2 weeks to receive my assessment for approval. 4 weeks later contacted Slater & Gordon, who appointed Premex, to chase up. 1 week later was told that my data had been merged with another clients and that I would have to redo my assessment. When I enquired as to why they had not seen fit to inform Slater & Gordon upon this error, I was told that it wasn't deemed necessary. It's now been 10 weeks since my initial assessment. Nothing. Nada. I am going to adopt their approach. DO NOTHING UNTIL YOU ARE FORCED TO. My accident happened September 2022. I expect settlement sometime in 2043. 10 years after I've probably passed on.
