Easy to find , staff were polite. I didn't have to wait long . There wasn't much walking to the room . The Dr was polite, and made me feel at ease . This appointment was nothing like my Last with a diffrent company. The Dr explained every question and did not lose his tone . And he had patience with me

Free parking at the private hospital made such a difference. Straight in, no long wait and a lovely doctor who listened and made notes.

Prompt, professional. Only criticism is all the form filling in. It feels like someone is trying to catch you out. In my case the accident was 19 months prior to assessment and I was worried I'd left things out.

Your company is absolutely fine. Correspondence, reception etc all good. No complaints there. My experience with the doctor was not. I don’t doubt any of his abilities or competence but I don’t think it’s too much to expect a friendly and courteous approach when dealing with your patients. Everyone deserves that surely. Plus there were amendments being made to the paperwork that I had filled in but I was never asked to look over these amendments so I have no idea what has been written on my behalf. I, on reflection should have asked to see it , but it all felt very rushed that it didn’t occur to me to do so.

Appointment was made and I went to the interview, but now still no report ............not even an email from them......... Rubbish service...... Now after reading the reply, it seems the insurance company is holding up my claim, hence I will update my the score above.

I was given an appt to see an Orthopaedic Dr..in Marylebone. A long long way from my home. A 6 hour return journey on trains overground and underground for a 10 minute appt.. In return my injured foot was very swollen and painful by the time I had got to see the doctor from walking up and down stairs and walking in-between different platforms. Why I couldn't of seen a doctor nearer to me is beyond me.. 😔
