Never seemed to get the details correct - had to keep on sorting it all out which was annoying

He did not seem bothered. Basically called my daughter who is 8, a liar.

I have repeatedly emailed explaining how the link sent wouldn't allow me to leave some areas blank ot complete the questions to submit back to you. All I keep getting is messages sating we need to reply and send back urgently but have received no help or assistance whatsoever.
