Not getting any response via email or call despite emailing multiple times across multiple weeks

Excellent service, made to feel incredibly welcomed also felt like I was able to talk about everything.

The company keep me informed with what is happening regularly things are taking time but due to the nature of the case i suppose it will take time. Always very clear on what is happening and what they are waiting for.

Took ages to sort an appointment and once that was done, they were relatively useless and it didn't feel that they fully ensured they had everything covered resulting in a report which makes everything sound less than it is and as if I'm making up the problems I am having

Well, what is going right?. If there was a no star choice I would choose it. After being instructed by the solicitors involved, their persistent reminders even when you email them is beyond annoying. After giving them explicit answers on questions they continue to ignore the answers, the delays over this have been mind boggling and nearly two years after my incident it remains ongoing. I do have to say not all the blame is theirs, a great deal of it lays firmly at the feet of the solicitors who instructed them. So far, and still, a horrendous experience!

Every contact with Premex has been extremely slow to the point of incompetence. Mistakes with paperwork and communication terrible.

My insurers are still waiting for report from consultant that took place on 5 August. Constantly having to chase for things. Not great
