I had a medical examination with Mark G. I could see that he was very human and friendly with all the other examined people. He was very professional, gave me some advice ((I had a big crush for him)).

Hopeless system . They send you a letter with an appointment . You are unable to attend . You phone the same day and they say that they cannot reschedule the appointment and you will be at the bottom of the queue . No they cannot note which days you CAN do. You wait sveral weeks for the letter with a new appointment you pray that it is a day that is suitable , otherwise you will have to go round the cycle again. Hopeless system

My husband had lots of calls due to a technical issue where his personal number was sent out. More care needs to be taken with personal details.

Premex were appointed by a legal agent so I had no choice in selecting them. Generally I've found them slow to respond and uncommunicative. My legal agent, their client, reports similar difficulties. At the beginning, three years ago, their responses were quite timely but now, 3 years later, they seem to be asleep most of the time and my case is still unresolved mainly because of their inaction

Im afraid to say that I didnt have a very good experience with Premex. Although the Doctor who saw me was friendly enough. I felt the appointment was very rushed. At one point during my appointment. I was explaining my circumstances, to what lead me to have an appointment. To then be cut off mid sentence, and told to "keep it brief". I felt that I wasn't given the chance to explain all my concerns. I can understand they are busy, but I'm afraid that doesn't excuse my experience.
