Listening to my symptoms would have been important to support my claim followed by an MRI or a CT scan as previous injuries was exacerbated in the accident. my condition now is much worse than with previous injuries and will more than likely result in more disability for the rest of my life.

No communication Still awaiting results of consultant appointment Accident last October and I have had absolutely no support

I've had to contact my solicitor to get any update following my recent consultation through premix. I have been informed that they have not even received the report which was weeks ago and premex are still chasing the consultant . This is totally unprofessional and I expected better . I am disappointed that this is now causing a delay to proceedings and causing me anxiety.
