Pretty quick so far

The professional was good The waiting time for an appointment is two long and the referral time is to long. Waiting for treatment while in pain does not help me perceive premex in a positive light

Such a short time with the Doctor and didn’t have time to explain the fully of the effect the condition is affecting me. Caught maybe unaware of the questions being asked or have time to really reflect on my answers the consultation was over.

It took 6 months for me to get an appointment, which I had 2 months ago, and I’m still waiting to receive it ….

No actual instructions as to where the depart was to be found within WCH. I had to go to my scheduled appointment 1.5hrs early to ensure I was there on time and parking is difficult as construction work is going on.

Waited 2 months to get the 1st appointment. They forgot to update the system and then waited another 2 months.

Git there and the appointment was mad for the same time as 3 others waiting so git seen after an hour and had 1 lady who’s appointment was half an hour after mine had to go in first as she couldn’t stay and wait any longer

Responsive courteous service. Contacting customer service to arrange an alternative consultant appointment because of a conflict of interest due to my work history was dealt with efficiently and quite quickly. Assessment procedures, I believe, were arranged with minimizing stress to me and providing my Solicitor with medical reports requested as part of an ongoing personal injury claim.
