Very professional

I don’t really know where the fault lies with this but I came out of the consultant appointment so upset. He was abrupt, dismissive, talked over me. Don’t know if he treats his privately paying customers differently, but If I was ever considering surgery I would not opt to go to him. He seemed very bored like he didn’t want to be there. Just in it for the fee, tick box exercise it felt like to me. Very disheartening.

Very polite and friendly service very well done, appointment given , doctor very polite and explained everything.

It was all OK just took a bit longer than I expected

The last 2 times you have sent appointments for Doctors who were involved in my hospital care - so were unable to complete examination This time Dr was totally disinterested in me as a patient Didn't ask how accident had affected me. Felt knee through my jeans. All over in 5 minutes. Had the impression that he just wanted to get me out so he could go home

Excellent communications pre appointment, easy to find location, parking on site was accessible, all staff were professional and courteous from the first point of face to face contact.

The whole process of my examination was very professional all through.The details of my appointment were clear and the appointment itself was on time. During the examination I was made to feel at ease by the consultant which made the experience more comfortable.

All went well on the day. Some confusion before the appointment date & email could not sort out the enquiry. On the positive side I was able to speak to someone & resolve the query.
