I can only speak about the experience I’ve had which unfortunately has been sadly lacking in customer support & care. Referring me to a consultant absolutely miles away when I have so many local to me. Also lack of communication to keep me informed.

The receptionist and doctor was friendly and informative, kind and considerate, helpful and understanding.

Your company have been working on my behalf with medical experts. I had an appointment on 12th February 2023 and to this date 8th November 2023 I have not received a report ,or any correspondence from Premex other than calls I have made myself which I have given up on doing. I have been dealing with Premex for 40months now whilst dealing with my health, with delays after delays.

My original appointment was cancelled due to an error your end BUT was quickly rescheduled which was of benefit for me as reducing the distance having to travel

The lady at reception was polite and I was dealt with quickly. The Doctor that saw me was friendly and very professional and approachable.

Was late but still was seen at appointment

The doctor I seen didn't even look at my records or xrays before my appointment and I felt as though he was telling me my arthritis had nothing to do with my injury, I came out of there thinking what a waste of time.
