Sophie(our property manager) has been dissapointing. Repairs/maintanence work always needs chasing. She often needs more than 1 reminder to act on issues. There have been many instances where the service received has been subpar. I’ve been with Life Residential for more than 5 years and have had pleasant experiences with my previous property managers(Claudia Nicholls and Mandii Aujeley) however it is dissapointing that I cannot say the same for Sophie. In fact, one of the reasons I have chosen to move out from the afformentioned property has been due to the poor customer service received since Sophie became our property manager. I’m not one to complain or post negative feedback but the continous need to chase/her lack of proffesionalism is something that I think needs addressing.

A big thank you to my property manager Maham Iftikhar. She discharges her duties diligently and always responds to my emails and answers my queries in a way that I understand. She is particularly helpful in doing check out and check in seamlessly.
