As a renter, my experience with my property manager Shruti from LIFE Residential has been great so far. She's been professional, reactive and attentive to my requests. She has been also diligent in warning me proactively about mishaps with the building's management, and she's helped make arrangements when necessary.

Rosita has been our property manager twice now and both times has very quickly responded to any issue we have had with our flat. 5/5 service!

She is extremely efficient and responses to every question as detailed as possible-- her communication and co-ordination skills and leadership are excellent and she made sure to inform me in every step that she is doing so we can keep track of the process. We had a complicated issue going on in our property and have been really stressful about it, but Krissma was very professional and offered immense support throughout the journey. I have had a very easy time settling into the property. The property manager at my property, Claudio De Tommaso, was incredibly helpful before, during, and after the move in process, always answering my questions promptly via email and providing support to help me settle into the flat.

Was great while living at one of their properties. Once you move out, don't expect to get your deposit back..

Excellent service from Claudio, he helped us to report all the issues to our landlord and get everything fixed in 24hrs! He kept us updated immediately and he arranged for an engineer to visit our flat. After many years of dealing with agencies with poor property managers, the service given by Claudio was perfect! We are very happy with the service received and to have him as our property manager.
