Recently purchased a preowned civic from John Banks of Ipswich and was very pleased with the whole experiance we dealt with Kimberley who was very helpful, friendly and efficent not pushy she was able to answer all our queries and seemed to understand the cars she was selling a rare commodity these days after some of the dealers i have spoken to lately. If i ever decide to change the car i would deffinatly think of John Banks again

Well where do I start from minute we walked into the dealership we were greeted by a very kind caring gentleman called manny Gatt. We explained why had come in etc and he went above and beyond to show us the car we wanted and all its features. To then sitting us down and explaining the other side to it all. We decided to order there and then . Come about month later and manny called us to let us know that one we ordered would come in earlier than expected, but he had some in a different colour if we wished to have one sooner and did All he could to get that done. Collected car today and manny again went through everything clearly and explained everything as we went on. Can’t praise him enough really and amazing from start to finish

I was buying my first car and was assisted by Darren Martin, he made the whole process easy from start to finish. He answered any questions that i had regarding the car/ paperwork. The car was in almost perfect condition but any touch ups or fixes were sorted quickly and efficiently. Darren went above and beyond making me feel welcome and at ease, for a first time buyer. Darren also ensured that any further questions or queries that i may have, he is more than happy to help me with- i just need to email or pop in. Overall, the costumer service was impeccable and i have already recommended to friends and family!

I have been most impressed with the whole Honda team. They have all shown great professionalism and knowledge and always polite and courteous. A special mention to Kimberley Cant who was my main contact. She has from day one been very good and could not do enough to make sure I knew everything about my new car. She is a great asset to the Company.

I am a buyer in Manchester and I ordered an approved used Renaults car from the official website of John Banks without inspecting on site (in Cambridge) before making order because of the high ratings of John Banks in Trustpilot. However, I have had the following bad impressions after buying the car for a month: 1. I have paid for the battery, but Renaults app show the battery is leased by me. Finally John Banks admitted this was their mistake and will work with Renaults to correct the information. However, if you did not check and simply trust John Banks, you would not know why your car price is much lower than you expected. 2. Most importantly, from the invoice issued by John Banks, it shows the model number of my car is Q90. However, from all the records you could search, the car model should be R110. Initially the salesperson insisted my car model was Q90, but after I doubted and questioned, he checked and confirmed the model shall be R110 but not Q90. 3. Renaults app shows the annual preventive maintenance items were not conducted since 2021, but when I checked with the salesperson in John Banks, the salesperson insists all those required items have been replaced before delivering the car. However, if you experienced the above issues, would you still believe it or not? 4. Finally, don't expect the response of John Banks would be quick. I would say the customer services from Renaults is much better because the CS from Renaults would respond to me within the same day, while John Banks could take few days.

I purchased a new car from abroad using the internet. The sales staff were very attentive to my questions and provided me with all of the information that I needed to make a purchase decision. When I arrived in Ipswich to take ownership of the car, Charlie Coe picked me up at the agreed time, the car and all of the paper work was ready and Charlie gave me an excellent tour of the new car. All very professional and smooth. I will do business with Edward and Charlie in the future.

This is the sixth Honda I've bought from John Banks, Ipswich as the sales and service are always excellent. Rhys has always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable, answering any questions and keeping me updated throughout the sales process. He put together a range of options so I could choose the best one for me with no pressure, just good advice, particularly changing from a diesel to a hybrid. It's reassuring to know from experience that if I have any problems I can call in and I know it will get sorted quickly and efficiently by the service team. Highly recommended.

Even though I had to travel out of my local area, I am so glad I did! I can’t fault John banks at all. From the first call about enquiry Carl was absolutely amazing, he was so helpful & patient with me regarding calls & viewings etc for my first car. he has gone above & beyond to help solve an issue I had after purchasing the car as well! They’re such kind & warming staff. I honestly can’t thank him enough for all his kindness & efforts shown. You can tell how hard he works! Highly recommend 👏🏼

Loving my new car. The Sales team are brilliant, Charlie helped us and he had excellent customer service skills. He made myself, husband and children feel welcome and talked us through every step in detail. Would highly recommend them if your looking at getting new car.
