Our salesperson, Kimberley, was welcoming and informative from the very start of our meetings. She was knowledgable about many different makes of cars. She answered all our questions and anticipated others, at her desk and in the Honda Jazz we eventually bought. She has rung to check that all is well in the days after we drove the car home and has replied to emails as well.

A friendly and helpful team, especially Kymberley Cant who was especially clear and patient when it came to explaining the main techological advances built into the new Hybrid Honda Jazz. As there is more to learn I will certainly take her up on her offer of private tutorials after I have driven it for a while.

My husband and I have both had Toyotas for the last 20 odd years. I decided to trade in my old Yaris and thought I would look at a Honda Jazz and a new Yaris to see which I preferred. From the moment we stepped foot into the Honda showroom in Ipswich we felt very welcome. Rhys was a genuinely nice person who didn't rush my elderly mum in any way. This was very much appreciated by both of us. My Mum is dreadful at making decisions but Rhys made it much easier, without any over-selling at all.

Always happy to explain things to a new beginner and couldn't have been friendlier. Kymberley was and still is always on hand for any issues I have.

Had multiple issues with not conducting the work when asked to conduct a basic service, mot and rear valve changed. Which I booked approximately 4 months for the appointment. Dropped it off on the Friday, they looked at it on the Tuesday and it was a non starter. One of the reason was given due to the battery over heated and the auxiliary equipment attached. (It did pass the year before with the same equipment). After questioning their work I was informed to pick up the bike because they was unable to fix. Probably as it was far beyond anything they have ever done before and pushed their skills and expertise to the limits. I got the bike collected and one of my mates helped me to do some very basic fault finding. After 40 minutes it was the starter solenoid we swapped over, and just like magic it started. See picture of the old one I took out. Great place I would highly recommend it.

Recently just purchased my new car for myself from John Banks lovely nissan qashqai and its a dream, rhys helped with all aspects of purchasing and answerd all questions before test driving even when I done the test drive, felt at ease and not pushed to buy it. This was really nice experince first time I brought a car from car dealers and absolutely great experince will 100%recommend and buy again from them. Rhys has been in recent contact after purchasing and having the car for 2 days to make sure all is OK and going well, really appreciated this. Goes a long way. I’ve had my car for about 2 days now. From the first call I made to Rhys to driving away with my new car, I was extremely happy. The whole process was seamless and so easy. Rhys is friendly, kind and professional. He answered every question and was very knowledgable. Although I knew what car I wanted, Rhys made the whole experience so pleasant. And when you’re spending so much money, it’s so important that you’re made to feel safe and secure in your purchase. He was brilliant. I would have liked to have driven away with a full tank of petrol and a full valet, but I’d only given him 24 hour notice that I was coming. The car was clean enough though!
