I went in for a service of the old car a Jazz and mentioned to Rhys that we really wanted an automatic. A week later we left in a HR-V that was not the plan. Dealing with Rhys was a real pleasure, no pressure just friendly help and when required guidance. The whole John Banks experience is a good one.

United Kingdom | 16 December 2022When we arrived at John Banks we had just found out our vw Touareg had wrongly been class as a right off by HPI this did not phase them at all and they gave us time to sort this out with our insurance company. We would like to thank Darren Martin for being so understanding. We went on to bye a Hybrid CRV which we are very pleased with, and got a very good deal. This is the second car (Honda) we have purchased from John Banks and have always been pleased. Would Recommend.

That's what I have always received in my dealings with John Banks. I have known John Banks Sales and Service for a number of years and have always received excellent customer service from all their staff. My most recent purchase from JB was a Renault Clio and a huge thank you to Mike Lack who looked after me and executed the transaction in a professional, knowledgeable and above all friendly manner. I was kept up to date from the very start and he always had time to answer my queries. He went above and beyond to see that the handover and my experience of buying a new car ran as smoothly and pleasantly as possible. I also feel assured that I can always go back with any queries in the future. Much appreciated.

On my last service visit at the end of October, I made an appointment with Sales Specialist Kymberley Cant to discuss possibly changing my Honda Jazz Sport (68). She was so helpful from that first meeting, through taking the decision to buy, to driving away my new Honda Jazz EX Style. And she continues to be, having phoned me to check how I was getting on and letting me know she was just at the end of the phone if I needed any help. I know from past experience that other members of the team are just as helpful.

Let start by saying my last new car was 3 years old and needed it first mot as well as service so it was booked in . The service staff are always first class. When we went to collect car we decided to have a look at the new Honda Jazz Hybrid. We were assisted by Kimberley who throughout was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car without being pushy. We were invited to go as far as we wanted in the car and we’re gone about an hour. On returning Kimberley assisted us with some figures and at no time did we feel under any pressure. In fact we left and asked for contact a few days later. We subsequently purchased the car from Kimberley who fully explained everything to us and we are most satisfied. Thank You to all and I love the free coffee they provide
