Was looking for a cheaper alternative to the official case (which costs £300) - he did some investigation and got back to me quickly. Plenty of helpful communication along the way - this is how customer service should be. Costs little to do, but has a very positive outcome - have ordered the case and some wireless controllers too! Big up to Dave! (Hope his manager reads this).
