I requested a quote for a trade in it took over a week to get a reply which did not make any sense ,I replied twice to their email and got no reply,so I reapplied a week later, about the trade in and explained why I had done ,I am still waiting another week later for a reply

Easy to process

Buying was simple, prices were great. Parcel force could have been better. Delivered my shipment of 2 parcels on 2 different days despite PMT shipping them at the same time. This caused me some issues about being at home for delivery. Not PMT's fault though. PMT have been great.

Just a great service and good selec5ion of products.

I went in to the Nottingham store today to have a look at guitar stock .. I'm a left handed guitar player and i made it quite clear today that i was just getting ideas etc .. I was told by the guitar salesman that all major guitar manufacturers were discontinuing left hand guitar model as they didn't sell enough of them I came home did a little research and contacted a few of PMT's competitors and the above comment could not be further from the truth .. the bottom line the sales chap lost interest in me as he had nothing in the store that he could sell .. I will never go back to the store or ever buy a guitar online from PMT

I have Been looking to Buy A Gibson Les Paul For A Long Time Now Mainly Because of My Old Pals in Whitesnake and Greg and Dean From Cats in Space. Should I buy a 2024 standard or should I Buy A 59 Custom Shop Re issue In Memory of Bernie Marsden and others we have Sadly Lost. Glad I watched Dagans Video on Sunday to make my mind up. This Guitar was Delivered within 48 Hours from order and woww it looks Wicked. The Flame & Workmanship on it is awsome. Its Not Cheap but you pay for quality & I have to say I am Well Happy With it. Filter isn’t working which makes the website unreadable. Where a selection has been chosen the filter menu never moves leaving the selection un readable.

Fantastic customer service by the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, helped with all my enquiries and recommended the perfect item for me.

I’ve always had good service from PMT. Would have been 5 stars but guitar wasn’t delivered on the 24 hour option as they said I hadn’t selected an option. I find it strange that it allowed me to complete my order if I hadn’t selected it. Now expected on Tuesday when ordered on Thursday as they told me there had been a failed collection by courier at the shop.

Fantastic group of guys in Newcastle... Friendly, advice was great and they accommodated everything I needed..above and beyond... I will only buy from these guys from now on.
