Quick to respond though I said not an emergency! Wondering iif that made it more expensive than if I had come to youu didn’t know that was an option till after the event! Response was quick and new key made very quickly by a very polite and helpful chap!

I dealt with them initially through the chat line and was a little surprised that they wanted £60 up front to make a booking. However I took up the offer and drove to their shop which was a difficult journey across London. They sorted out the problem with my key and all seems fine at the moment. Hopefully it will stand the test of time.

Great service but had my card cloned while using their payment system not accusing them but coincidental ?

On contacting the sales advisor they offered me a choice of locatations, I choose the Brentwood branch, not because it was nearer but because of traffic it worked out a quicker journey. On arrival the team were expecting me, while I waited in reception catching up on emails I enjoyed a complementary coffee, before I knew my car was done and ready for a run through of procedures, I’m not the quickest at understanding gadgets but that wasn’t a problem, the installer went through the procedure several times until I think I got it : ) with that I paid my money and left no pressure at all and feeling confident in my new purchase. I would definitely recommend car key solutions and will definitely be using them again. Well done to the whole team for making it a positive experience.
