quick responding on emails

i have received the wrong size from my order and I'm still waiting someone to answer to my request to get a new delivery with my order! No one answered to my request. I have called many time last week but no one took the phone. I fully not advised people to use this provider. I don't know how to return the package, really disapointed! The delivery notification system (like when you’ll receive your goods) on their site is not great, but the customer service is awesome and very efficient. Big fan!

Ordered a pair of shoes and a sweater. The sweater size was good, the shoes not. Send a mail to the customer service and explained. I got a response right away, apologising for the mistake they made and got a free returning label. 2 days later I got the other pair of shoes. These where the right size. Good quality and according to the photos on the website. But overall great service 👍🏻

We write a mail for a change the size and never answer us!!

Comprato un paio di scarpe lebron 19. Dopo 13 giorno sono arrivate. Tutto bene. Le scarpe Ok. Da migliorare il sito solo in inglese. Comunque esperienza positiva. Lo consiglio.

J'ai fait une commande qui a été livrée assez vite. Par contre j'ai besoin de retourner des articles qui ne correspondent pas et la c'est le silence radio totale. Il n'y a alors plus personne qui répond aux mails. J'ai envoyer 4 mails en 10 jours pour connaître la procédure des retours et personne ne vous répond. C'est inadmissible !!!!

sent wrong size (EU 2 measures smaller) and seems to be ignoring all my email regarding the problem. They sent me an email to review the purchase but won’t answer any of my emails. Also, they have sent no return paper or anything of the sorts.
