I reported an issue regarding dishwasher and Emma was so prompt in responding and organising the contractor. The whole service was excellent and we're very pleased.

Despite the terrible weather a contractor was organised straight away and the issue resolved quickly. The cotractor was very professional and friendly and observed physical distancing whilst wearing a mask and gloves.

I have recently purchased in the Metalworks and have primarily been dealing with Caitlin MacDonald. Caitlin was absolutely fantastic and could not have provided a better service with regards to customer care. Not sure I would have got my mortgage sorted on time without her.

We just purchased an apartment at The Metalworks and although the actual purchasing process has not been plain sailing the dealing we’ve had with Katie Goad regarding the furniture package has been excellent. She’s very charming and has kept us informed throughout on the process, options and ultimately delivery. We asked for photos but received a video which was so much better. We are pleased with the quality of the apartment and the furniture and hope it won’t be long before we have tenants enjoying living at The Metalworks.

I have chosen the furniture package options provided by Seven Capital. There are few collections in reasonable pricing that meet your own style. Mr. David Bailey, Interiors and furnishings executive, has assisted me in the process. He sent me the brochure timely, and the payment is convenience. Although pandemic may cause challenge in delivery and logistic, David has taken care of the issue and offered alternatives and solutions. The furniture is installed perfectly and David keeps me posted upon the completion. My new apartment is now furnished in a very comfortable and stylish way.

Soft spoken and pleasant in her manners, Caitlin Macdonald guided us through the complicated processes of overseas purchasing of property with patience and kindness. Polite but assertive, she demonstrated consistency in updating us with necessary timelines as well as arrangements, which made us feel secure especially in the times surrounded with uncertainties due to the global pandemic. With only limited exchanges of calls and emails we had, it is not possible for us to make further evaluation as such, but one thing we can say is that we’d taken an instant liking to her delightful personality, and we will never forget how sincerely excited her voice sounded on the call informing us of the successful transaction and the handover of our newly purchase. We sincerely look forward to continuing our contacts with her again in the near future.

Caitlin MacDonald's definitely worth more than just a mere 5-star. She's fabulousS! It's our first time purchasing overseas property and we're so glad to have Caitlin with us, following up on what's necessary, guiding us on our next steps. I just closed on Steel House Metalworks in Slough. I live overseas and hadn’t really heard of Seven before but responded to an ad and dealt with an agent based in Singapore where I live. He was very responsive as you’d expect during the sales process. After contracts were exchanged I dealt with Caitlin. She’s been fantastic. Very cheery and pleasant, but also responsive when I had a query, proactive to help get an agent appointed and furniture sorted.
