United Kingdom | 27 July 2020We had a roof leak in our apartment which left a stain on the bedroom wall. This was the second time as there were multiple leaks in the same part of the roof. Throughout all of it Emma was very quick to respond, helpful and accomodating to any requests or changes in plans that needed to be made. Any work that needed to be done was arranged quickly and communicated appropriately. Kevin was sent to the apartment to repaint the stained wall and was very polite and friendly. The work was done to an excellent standard and completed in no time at all.

The service I received from Sharon Plevin, Katie Goad and Oliver Hutchins was excellent. I was kept informed at all times of delays to the properties completion date, they all went the extra mile during COVID 19 to assist in anyway they could, nothing was too much trouble. They are all a credit to SevenCapital. The only negative with Seven Capital and not the staff concerned in anyway, is the policy that Seven Capitals senior management have with regards to implemention rule, giving the purchaser 10 days to settle or receive penalty payments. With the continually changing dates of completion, this made it expensive at times to myself, as I manoeuvre the loan agreements due to these delays. While I accept I read the contract and its states 10 days to settle from completion, being overseas this made it difficult at times due to projects delays. This 10 day rule was not even discussed or altered during the COVID 19 pandemic. This by no way impacted on the the individuals mentioned. They were all very professional, understanding and very competent. Kind regards Greg Keogh
