We had some issues regarding our flooring and a possible leak underneath, Kevin came to our apartment, assessed the situation quickly and efficiently, and returned a few days later to repair the floor good as new. The Quadrant is nice apartment and the customer service with Caroline Ellis and Katie Goad has been great throughout. This was my first time I bought a property in the UK and the SevenCapital team took me through the process smooth. There was initial delay in completion but I was kept fully informed. Great customer service from David Bailey! He made sure I was settled into my apartment at the Quadrant and kept me informed of when my blinds would be installed, He also showed me where to find the bins. As there is no concierge here it was nice to see a friendly face from capital to answer any questions.

Great hands off investment experience with Seven Capital. From start to finish it has been a hassle free experience. Our investment apartment in The Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham has been fully furnished with the furniture package and rented out, without us having to lift a finger (well apart from pay for it of course!).
