Key questions are dodged, brushed over and answers are poor. Little recognition is made of concerns of positive action taken. Encounters leave a bad taste in the mouth.

Absolute lovely guy, so friendly throughout and even taught me a few things and advised me on paint and primers whilst he was here. Nothing was too much of a problem for him- would highly recommend and If I needed work doing to a property going forward I would certainly contact him. Many Thanks again!

United Kingdom | 01 October 2020Had hot water issue on Friday, the electricity smart meter indicated the heater was not drawing current but the agent insisted I must complete a meaningless troubleshooting which takes 2 hours. She assured me she will instruct the contractor as long as I can reply her the result in the same day before 5. Replied her at 4:45 pm, got no reply, she was already off. Phone line is closed on Sat and Sun but weirdly the phone recording says the opening hours of Sat and Sun is 10 am to 4 pm. The agent replied me on Mon and the repair was done on Tue. Could have been solved earlier if the agent understood a heater cannot heat water without electricity and kept her promise to instruct the contractor in the same day. Had to take freezing cold shower in weekends where the temperature was 4 degree. ============================ Updated, changed from 2 stars to 1 star: The quality of the building and the apartment is horrible, within the first two weeks I have found many issues. They are listed below. Apartment issues: 1. Hot water issue stated above. 2. Water leak below basin, a drawer is damaged due to this. 3. A GU10 LED light is broken. 4. Loose wiring, knock the ceiling and the light will flicker. 5. Ethernet socket is not aligned and is unusable. 6. Intercom not correctly programmed and is unusable. 7. The quality of painting is horrible, easily dissolve in water. The worse quality I have ever seen. 8. Smoke alarm is installed next to the bathroom, triggered by steam after taking shower. 9. Many other minor installation issues, if I list them all this review will become unreadably long. Building issues: 1. Almost all doors are one-way, you can only exit but cannot enter. 2. Doors in car park don't lock. Issues above can be easily found so apparently they don't run any test. Most of them are fixed but don't expect it will be a report-and-forget experience. It is your responsibility to carry out troubleshooting and contact the right department for different type of issues. The time I have spent in mailing, document reading, phone calling is uncountable. If you have rented or bought an apartment built by SevenCapital, be prepared for the coming journey. I planned to buy a property in the next year and SevenCapital is definitely something I must avoid.

From April 2020, when she introduced herself, until now, Caroline has been very helpful in ensuring we are properly informed and advised. She has consistently kept us in touch with the progress of the build and sent photos, which really help as we are not in the UK at the moment. Whenever we have questions they are answered within hours not days! We await completion soon and are certain of a smooth handover and the same friendly and professional post-completion service should any need arise. Thank you Caroline for your exceptional service.

Kevin (the in-house operative) was very friendly and managed to discover the issues very quickly. On top of that he also fixed a bunch of other things around the flat I was having problems with. Couldn't have asked for more. kevin in-particular was very helpful.

Hong Kong | 21 September 2020Previously I wrote a review after the handover process where Ms Katie Goad really helped out in helping solve some issues. I remember another comment I had back then was the courtesy calls I got were great but it would have been better if they came from the same person rather than multiple different parties. It has been a few months since then and I am glad to say SevenCapital's after sales service is equally as good. Ms Caitlin MacDonald has been closely assisting me during the whole process of finding a tenant. She was proactive in liaising with the letting agency to see if there was anything she could do to help. She also gave me frequent calls and email follow uups to check on the status and see if she could be of any assistance. Recently the boiler wasn't working and she was quick to put the after care team in contact to fix it. My experience with both Katie and Caitlin have been great. I hope SevenCapital can continue to train their staff to be proactive and helpful like these two lovely ladies and deliver excellent service!

She helped us to fix a number of maintenance issues in a professional and effective manner. One of the issues raised is taking a bit longer than expected but I am glad the issue causing the leakage has been found and Emma updated us as soon as she came back to the office after her annual leave.
