Overall, I'm pleased with the whole process of purchasing property from Seven Capital. Everything went pretty smoothly from start to finish, from initial interest and deposits, through to final payments and key handovers. I would definitely consider using them again for future properties, and the location we purchased was certainly a prime location. The only issue we really had was the delays in building, but I don't think that was in Seven Capital's scope to speed up, and is quite normal in new-build projects like the one we were purchasing. They could have kept us a little more informed, but still happy with how it all turned out. As for our points-of-contact, Katie Goad from interior and furnishing was an absolute superstar for us who was very professional, helpful and courteous. She dealt with all questions, comments and concerns extremely promptly and kept us completely in the loop. We had a few last minute requirements which needed resolving and she took it all in her stride and provided a great service in the end. If she didn't know the answer to any queries, she found it out very quickly, and was very helpful in advising and reaching out to others for further information. It was great to be treated in such a professional and friendly manner!

We had some minor snagging issues upon moving in and as always SC are efficient and deal with issues professionally and quickly. Emma Loth is very friendly and extremely good at dealing with issues. She is always happy to speak through concerns with you (in great detail!), gets back promptly (which is rare nowadays!) and Alex and I are always very happy to deal with her. Great customer service and Emma is brilliant to deal with - thank you for all the maintenance issues you assist us with - it is always a pleasure!!
