Excellent door-to-door service and process

Great service. Thanos was very friendly and on time when he picked up and delivered again my bicycle. All was serviced fine and almost like riding a new bicycle now. Wasn’t the cheapest service, but the end result was worth it.

The entire experience is an absolute delight. It’s business class service at premium economy prices. I just had my 2nd service with Havebike and it was every bit as good as the first. I don’t think I’ll ever go through the inconvenience of a normal bike repair shop again.

Big thanks to the whole team but especially to delivery drivers Mohamed and Renan for making a detour to drop the bike off at my workplace instead of home when I was called in at the last minute. It was a bit more costly than going to a high street chain, but the exceptional quality of the service (it felt like getting a brand new bike), the convenience of pickup and delivery and the outstanding customer service made it more than worth it (the black friday discount also helped).

Customer service was excellent and very quick responses. My bike’s chain wasn’t as cLean as I expected so Havebike kindly recollected my bike to give another clean and as a good gesture they upgraded my DT Swiss hub ratchet from 18T to 54T all free of charge for the best customer satisfaction. I really could not ask for more. Thank you so much HaveBike. Definitely highly recommended and I will be coming back for another service! Shout out to the wonderful Barbara and James for collecting and dropping off my bike as well. Lance for organising the upgrade and to the Director for getting in touch with me personally.

Pick up and booking was smooth. There was a delay sourcing a part (not Havebike's fault) and the comms could have been better but then all sorted, bike return again v smooth, quality of the work was high and my bike now rides like a dream. Many thanks. I'll happily use these guys again.

Not cheap but thorough and efficient

Always a convenient efficient service. I’m really appreciate the pick up and drop off service. You are kept updated with service parts and costs and the delivery staff are pleasant. Shout out for Barbara who got the service department to call me to reschedule another service

Servicing seemed to only consist of a slight clean, any actual work will accrue much more cost to the customer. The bike repair was a day late with no notice, when I chased them as to why I was told they were short staffed. They needed a further two days to complete and when the bike did come back there has been a knocking sound every time I pedal despite me having to pay extra for added "necessary work". Polite staff is the only reason I haven't scored them lower. Very disappointed though.

Very happy. It's a bit disconcerting seeing your bike being taken away in a van by a stranger but the communications throughout were excellent and reassuring. Updated every step of the way. The two drivers I met and the mechanic I spoke to were friendly and polite. Pricing for the service was competitive particularly given the huge convenience of not having to leave your home. Most important, the bike they returned felt almost brand new and has been a joy to ride for the last few days.

Havebike are not cheap, but for the money they offer a reliable, efficient and good quality service. Definitely recommended for annual servicing.
