One of the bikes serviced may have been a bit problematic and communication around it could have been better, but bike came back in great condition and runs smoothly, so all good in the end. Delivery back to us was great. Renan made sure we understood all the documentation and the warranty on work, and also made sure that we took the bikes for a little test ride to ensure it was running smoothly.

United Kingdom | 10 October 2021This is third time using their service. on previous two occasions I give them five star. But this time I give one star out of respect for past positive experiences, otherwise I would have given them no star, if that was an option. Here is why. When I booked the collection, I explained the problem with my electric bike and I received an email stating that they could only repair Shimano and Bosh motors. Mine was TranzX.I responded to the email, and stated that mine is neither of those brands then and inquired if they could do anything for me. That email was ignored and they collected the bike anyway, even though they already knew that they could not do anything about the dysfunctional motor, the main issue I booked the service for. After the bike was taken away I received a phone call and I was told that they could not fix the motor, and it was returned to me the next day after changing a punctured tire, which was not the main problem I was concerned about, but I am grateful nevertheless. Maybe they have not checked my email, and realised it was the wrong type of motor upon collection. But ignoring the most important email resulted in wasting their and my time and cost me money. I ended up spending £50 for fixing a punctured tire. The entire experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and I am really disappointed with the last service. Ps. They seem happy for the service I complained as my review was once again ignored...

United Kingdom | 10 October 2021Great service, everything went exactly how it was given in the description. Thanos even gave me a call and a text on the day to discuss exact arrival times. I chose the 'Regular' service plus I had a flat tire. I didn't think my bike (Brompton) was in bad condition but the difference is amazing! They made some adjustments to the gears too, it looks and feels brand new again.

United Kingdom | 10 October 2021Very bad service. they collected my bicycle on Thursday and gave it back on Sunday saying that they would not be able to fix it because it has a throttle on it. Fair enough, but they should have told me before so I wouldn't have lost 4 days of work. Well, I just wanted them to change the tyre and and to tight it up the brakes. They weren't able to do that and I lost a lot of time. they should have told me upfront that they would not be able to fix my bike so I could find someone who could to the job .

United Kingdom | 10 October 2021I had my bike in for the Deluxe service I asked for a couple of extra things to be changed and also went ahead with £100 of advisory items. When my bike arrived back I discovered that the rear wheel was loose and coming out. Although I’m told a service was carried out, I would have expected something so fundamental as a wheel to have been fully checked before being returned to me. Luckily the drop off Driver was still about so I sent the bike straight back. What I found most frustrating was that no one from the Company reached out to at least offer an explanation about what had happened or provide an apology. I had to call and wait on hold for some time before even being told when I’d get my bike back. A separate annoyance was I had my front wheel changed (following their advice) however they didn’t bother to swap over the wheel reflector, not a massive deal but given the other issues this just added insult to injury. Given two stars for the excellent clean up on my bike and the very friendly drivers on collection/drop off (Renan & Theo). Due to the wheel being loose on return and lack of contact from the team when the bike went back I would not recommend to others.

United Kingdom | 08 October 2021Great service from Renan who tried to make sure that I tested that everything was right. Overall it took quite a long time to get the bike back, but I know it is due to a global shortage in components. Still I was informed at all times on the status of the repair.

The staff were very communicative by informing me of the process and any problems, I found using HAVEABIKE an asset I can use for convenience I was never looking forward to taking my bike to shop and collect, it’s great to have it collected and delivered. Theo the driver was considerate and courteous and informed me of times he was arriving. I will have no problem recommending them my bike works a treat everything checked and oiled and greased and a service record. Price didnt shock me was pleased with it.
