Bike collected and returned in good condition on time. Needed to pay for several extras (many of them advisory) but communication was excellent.

Very reliable and fast service. My bike feels like a brand new bike. They pick up your bike from wherever you like (in my case from my work office) and bring it back, therefore, you save a lot of time and it is super convenient. It is a bit pricey, but it is worth the service. Many thanks to havebike for the great experience!

A few challenges in this service unfortunately but team was quick to step in and do whatever it takes to rectify. Matt is excellent - wants the bikes leaving in top shape and to provide the best customer experience.

Great customer service over email, calls, pick up, and delivery. Gave two bikes to service after one year of ware and tare. Both came back looking like new. Not rode yet after the service but I have complete confidence.

Returned my bike in an almost brand new condition and rides so much better now. Great service with the pick up and collection - makes life very easy. Also like the simplicity of being sent a list of recommended fixes and then being able to discuss with the mechanic so you can make an informed decision on which to do now and which can be deferred to later. Think Thanos did a great job here.
