Great service overall! My bike hadn’t been properly checked in well over a year, and even though it needed a fair few repairs/parts they had all the bits in stock and it was still returned to me within the 48 hour time frame. Really love the delivery service, Barbara rang an hour before delivery and arrived to the minute! Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Already submitted a review but will do another not impressed I’m afraid. Rear axle wasn’t tightened after deluxe service which stopped my ride at weekend. Also front headset was wobbly too. Had to go to local bike shop to fix. Not happy

Excellent service - booked online for pickup on next working day. Had phone call/emails regarding extra additional parts that they advised, so I could approve this before they went ahead. Bike returned to me in 2 days as planned with a phonecall when they were an hour away. Thankyou Thanos! The only tiny thing for improvement - potentially explain why certain parts are needed via email, for people who aren't bike literate. I'm sure this would have been explained if I had called though

Barbara collect the bike and Renan and Shane delivered it. All of them were extremely helpful. Very well organised.

Renan brought my bike back today and he was really helpful with bridging the heavy bike in. He was on time, pleasant, and handed me the paperwork without taking much of my time. He also explained about the 3 month warranty. Overall a very pleasant experience with both Renan and Theo who brought back and picked up my bike. They are both very professional and friendly.

I love havebike! It was my second time getting my eBrompton serviced by them. As last time, it was excellent service throughout. I love it that they pick up and return the bike. Thanos is such a star. It's so handy to get a window for the pick up and delivery, and updates an hour before and upon arrival. Turns out my bike needed more work than the usual service, but I was kept up-to-date at all times and got a list full list of safety critical and advisory repairs to approve. Now it looks and works like new again and have the confidence to commute safely. Thank you and see you in six months!

I have nothing but praise for this outstanding company. They did a fantastic job on my bike. It was collected and delivered in the given timeframe and there was plenty of communication in between. Christopher collected the bike and Barbara returned it. Both very professional, courteous and helpful. The whole experience has been wonderful and painless. Highly recommend using them if you want peace-of-mind!

SO they picked up my mountain bike for a full all singing all dancing service. they broke the back wheel and offered to replace at their cost. The thing that irritated me slightly was there was no feedback around the delivery date and it was 3 weeks late being returned.

This is the 2nd time of using HaveBike to service my Electric cycle. And once again they a great job and a quick turnaround from collecting to return. The staff who collect and return are very very polite, I’ve had Barbara who collected the bike is very friendly and helpful, and Renan who returned my bike, and again a very polite and friendly, 👍👏. I will be using this company again as prices are reasonable and with the option of collecting and returning the bike.

Chris came to collect my bikes - great communication, on time, really helpful. I got an email when they arrived at the workshop and when they had been checked over. The repairs were pretty much what I had expected so that was reassuring! Barbara dropped the bikes back two days later - called ahead and let me know when she was outside. They look great! Thanks - really pleased with this service. It's a bit more expensive than taking them to a local workshop but well worth it in my opinion!

The service was excellent the whole way through. Incredibly easy to book and set up a pick up. Barbara picked up and dropped off my bike and kept me updated on when it was coming. My bike ended up needing quite a bit of work and repairs, but the technician team updated me the whole way through and gave me a full list of safety critical and advisory repairs. It came back looking like a new bike!
