United Kingdom | 02 July 2020Absolutely brilliant company, picked up my bike on Tuesday, returned today (Thursday) which given COVID times is really impressive, I went for the deluxe service and the bike has come back with all faults fixed and in factory condition and at a great price! Barbi picked up and dropped off my bike and was absolutely lovely! 100% will recommend to anyone I know!

United Kingdom | 19 June 2020New customer to HaveBike, but fully on board. Was a bit nervous about waiving my bike off in a white van but was reassured by staff I spoke to. Completed the work as required, checked on additional spend to replace worn parts and delivered bike back to me. Would prefer updates to come through at the right times, perhaps photo evidence also, as two emails landed at the same time, 'we've collected your bike & 'your bike is in our work shop' both arrived at the same time before van had left. Overall however very pleased, would recommend.

United Kingdom | 19 June 2020To be completely honest, I was searching for a cycle service online as I've had multiple sour experiences trying to get a cycle serviced at Halfords and also couldn't find a servicing shop that summarised their fees all in one place beforehand. I came across Havebike through a Google search and straightaway their simplicity in listing out their service options and exactly what they entail really had me instantly interested. Their process of picking up the bike, servicing it and returning it a few days later appeared really too good to believe. My cynical side made sure I checked their reviews on Facebook and Trustpilot - and they really checked out in both places, so I took the bait! Their online registration and payment process is quite seamless and you have to pay upfront for your service, but you're kept informed right through about when and how they'll collect your bike. Owing to my particular cycle needing a bit of extra work - replacing the wheels and brakes, I had to pay extra - which they rang me up to get consent for and I really appreciated being in the know the whole time. For delivery as well, there was adequate notice given for both - payment of the extra work as well as delivery slots. The latter ensured I could plan my day around the arrival of the cycle. There was a bit of a startle for me as after delivery the chain and gears didn't seem to work! After consultation on Twitter and via Email, Havebike effortlessly extended a complementary pick-up to check what was wrong. The cherry on the cake though was their driver turning up and fixing what turned out to be a slipped chain or something similar, quite literally on the spot! Would definitely recommend them for servicing your cycles as they're one of the few organisations where exemplary customer service is followed at all touch points, and is not just a marketing gimmick.

Booked in and they were collected by super-friendly driver and I received step-by-step emails throughout the process, and a call explaining what needed to be done and why. Great value, delivered back exactly when they said they would be and both bikes now running perfectly. All in the middle of a pandemic. Couldn’t be more impressed.

The collection service is very handy too and the driver was very friendly.

From the first call I had with Anna to the numerous follow up calls and emails from Nick and the fact that Grant persevered to get my bike back to me late into a Friday evening, my experience with the team has been exceptionally good. That’s before I mention the fact that after the completed works my 8 year old bike now feels and looks brand new! Thank you to the team of mechanics. Nick even took the time to personally call me to explain that I had probably requested a level of service that wasn’t needed and that he didn’t want to overcharge me - how refreshing to have a firm with such honesty and integrity! I am not one for writing reviews usually but I can not overstate how highly I recommend this firm. If you need your bike serviced at a reasonable price by a team who clearly care about what they are doing - there is simply no other choice Well done Have bike !

United Kingdom | 15 May 2020Fantastic all round. I needed a full service on my racing bike that has been in the spare room for more years than I care to share. Havebike went beyond to source parts. The bike is a great bike, but old. They couldn't get the replacement parts through the normal routes and went out of their way to procure them rather creatively. Thank-you so much. I was looking at potentially having to buy whole new bike set-up. They saved me so much, and even switched my Super Deluxe purchase down to a Deluxe when the extra work was identified as not required. A really ethical, trustworthy bunch. Oh and bike looks and runs great!

Corona was a reason but contacted before and was led to believe the service would not be a bad as was the fact they rang to get authorisation for work ta 4 o'clock the day before return was due for return and cost left me feeling let down managed to buy parts on ebay and fix myself very quickly and made me wonder why this is any use for personal use and is probably more professional or corporate clients

I got my 5 gear folding trike back in extremely good condition. For the first time I was able to fold it myself, better than before the service, And, they found a simple way for me to strap my crutches to the trike. Very happy to have my freedom back; especially in this Time of Virus.
