The process seemed very simple and straightforward and their prices and service timelines seemed too good to be true. I have been very pleasantly surprised. The booking was confirmed by email, I phoned and there was a human voice that answered very quickly. The pick up and drop back worked exactly as they describe on the website. I am v v pleased with their service. Will always try them first for any bike in future...

Both bikes I sent in have come back as good as new .I would definitely recommend.

United Kingdom | 19 April 2020My bike needed some much overdue care, and havebike handled it during the COVID-19 crisis. Service was excellent, the bike looks and feels like new, I'm delighted with the service. Some delays did happen (understandable given the circumstances), but I haven't been informed accordingly passed the spare parts delivery and the collection had to be postponed a couple of times. This is why I can't, in all honesty, give 5 stars. I am otherwise extremely pleased and would recommend havebike anytime. Communication was very courteous, including an apology call afterwards, and the bike return happened after-hours, not to incur further delays. I'm especially grateful for the latter, many thanks for the driver to take on her evening time for the delivery!

They were prompt, reliable and the actual servicing of my bike was excellent. My first ride on getting my bike back was exhilarating - it was like a new bike. All power to your elbow guys. I could NOT have done it myself for sure. Total peace of mind. Would recommend to friends and family! Fair price too

United Kingdom | 13 March 2020I have been a customer of havebike since JAN 2016. They offered a bike maintenance service in my work building in The City, so gave it a go. Approx. 8-10 services later (I have both my road bike + commuter serviced with them every 6-9 months) and I am extremely happy with the results to date. I get the deluxe service, the bikes always come back spick and span. They call me if I need extra bits replaced (which is often, as I often ride about 100km per week) and advise various levels of replacement (cheap, medium or expensive parts as required.) As I have changed work locations over the years, I use the pickup/dropoff service. So convenient. I couldn't do the work they do, so am very grateful for their help. Keep up the great work guys - much appreciated!

United Kingdom | 06 March 2020I've used the service after I got injured and couldn't personally transport my bike to a bike shop. Pros: Havebike's door to door service is amazing, a person picked my bike and returned it. I paid everything online. Definitely a big star for the delivery and booking systems. The communication with customer service was good as well, as we had to go through a few back and forth conversations regarding new parts confirmations and such. Cons: What I wasn't really happy about was the quality of the service. I had a handlebar change. * The wiring was hanging loose underneath. * The drops were so low that I couldn't even ride the bike. * The zip ties used for cables were carelessly cut and could easily scratch clothing and flesh. * They emphasise they test bikes before giving them back to the clients, but I received mine with tyre pressure so low that I'm sure nobody got on it to test it out.They woudn't reach the drops anyway. * The premium service states they take down and clean all parts. It didn't happen in my case, as I took pictures before and after. * I requested a cable housing change (for an extra cost of course) and provided the consumables, but got them back without the job being done, nobody bothered to tell me why / what happened for not attempting to do it. I raised all the above with their manager and the only thing they were concerned was the fact that the tyre pressure was low, then they stopped responding. Personally I won't be using this service and I can't recommend it to any of my friends, club mates or race rivals. Update: I changed my review from 3 to 2 stars, after servicing the bike myself and noticed that nobody seem to have bothered to disassemble the DI2 cables and try to run them through the compatible handlebars, nor noticed the big crack on one of the levers (that might make the bike unsafe to ride - and the reason why I wanted a professional check on the bike, that I unfortunately didn’t receive).

Book online, get your bike collected, wait, get it dropped back once they have done their stuff. A great concept & a superb service for bike & owner.
