Response to my initial online request for information was almost immediate! ( I received a phone call within 5 minutes) David was very helpful and quickly emailed me a selection of suitable apartments for our trip. There was no pushy sales - just friendly, professional help. We have booked 2 apartments in Edinburgh for our group of 11 family & friends - both in the same block, in a central location with private parking. Looking forward to our trip!

I was looking for accommodation in Edinburgh during the Fringe festival and responded to an ad I found on google which turned out to be far too expensive. Edlets sent me 6 or 8 alternative options in all price ranges and when I contacted them by phone, I found them to be most helpful with regards to choice of areas and dates, and I would definitely use this company again if I was looking for accommodation in Edinburgh.

The staff at Edlets were incredibly helpful. I was trying to book accommodation for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for a large group, and almost as soon as I had sent several inquiries to the website a representative from Edlets called me and took me step-by-step through the booking process. She asked for all my details and preferences and looked around on my behalf for accommodation that was suitable for my group, keeping in regular contact via email throughout. She made the process so much easier for me, as it can easily get confusing when asking about so many different accommodation options.

I have used Edlets several times over the last few years and have always had a positive experience. They try very hard to match your requirements, even if these are quite specific. In the past, great efforts were made to locate an apartment which would be suitable for us together with my elderly mother. So all in all highly recommended.

Tried to book an apartment for a weekend stay in Edinburgh through another website. Property I selected was not available for my dates. I was then offered several alternative homes by edlets. I chose one that I liked and within a few minutes it was reserved. Thank you.

The website was easy to use, and has a great range of apartments that you can't find anywhere else well I couldn't anyway! I had a call from a friendly member of staff called Dan the next day not pushy but helpful, and the emails of different apartment available came through straight away with a good selection of prices too. A friendly, quick service I will defiantly tell friends and family about and without hesitation use again.

Within 3 working days I had started and completed my search for an apartment. Edlets did everything to make the process go smoothly as I had limited time available for viewings but by having spoken to me to understand my requirements they were able to provide details for several ideal apartments and then arranged viewings to suit my choices. After scrolling through many pages of holiday rentals in Edinburgh, Scotland, i just happened to see this web address at the bottom of a page. Trying to get ahold of information from owners and trying to book a home through owners, VRBO, Homeaway, was a nightmare!!!! After enquiring with Edlets, Dan called me in Michigan. I gave him our dates, number in our party and what we was looking for. Dan sent me so many rentals to look at it was incredible. He also gave me recommendations, prices, etc. We booked our Edinburgh holiday with such ease; an amazing price, in a perfect downtown location, with a deposit directly with Dan. Thank you Dan.
