As a new customer to shred-it , the whole team were extremely helpful , process was easy to set up , the confidential bins turned up as planned and I was able to arrange a collection of bags that had accumulated prior to delivery of the bins .

****DO NOT USE**** This company are are a bunch of crooks & have the worst exit strategy i have ever known. If you are planning to cancel your contract expect to pay £1000s along with stinking attitudes from there customer services. If you are planning to use a company with these services shop around as there is a lot cheaper companies with 100 times better customer service.

From the minute, I sent my email to Lee, My issue was acted upon. Even though this is still working progress. I have been kept up to date . Lee is on the ball.

The collection address was changed but the driver went to the original one and I was treated as if I was to blame even though I had emails to prove the new address and my contact admitted that they hadn't updated the driver's tracker. The second attempt at collection failed as there was bad traffic and my contact didn't try to rebook or even respond to my emails. The Customer Experience Team were unhelpful and mainly nameless, the only reason I am awarding one star is because Arran Howard is the only person who took any notice of me and managed to get a credit raised against the invoice which was charging me for the 'no show'. I did not expect such a stressful and unpleasant experience from such a large and well known organisation.

I have used Shred It twice recently and highly recommend them. The consultants are clear and friendly, the purchase straightforward and the collections team on time and professional. I really appreciated the ability to defer collection to a more convenient time from the notification emails.

We were unable to rearrange our collection. Still got charged. Ended up using McCarthys and it cost less than half! So do shop around for quotes before you sign!

Leanne Elmore is a huge credit to the company, resolved an issue that had been under complaint for years. Her efforts to make us seem valued and heard were unbelievable compared to all our other experiences with Shred it. I hope To continue dealing with her directly for continued service. I hope she can be rewarded for being so brilliant.

Despite being given a service date weeks in advance and paying in advance for the service, their operative did not turn up and we have not received any communication from them regarding this.
