We send inquiry to customer services and automatically receive proof of receipt of our inquiry. After one day, we received another email informing us that our inquiry had been closed without a resolution. It's terrible. Our inquiry was not considered and we did not receive a response elaborating on the problem

I have spoken to Deborah Blood from the Customer Service Team several times in the past week and she has been very helpful. I was having issues with my local shred it depot and she sorted everything out very quickly.

Ross is always polite and efficient. He gets the job done in a very chilled manner and we know that nothing is too much trouble.

Callum Pepper provided copies of your Environmental and Waste Carrier certification in less than 5 minutes with a really useful and helpful call back and copies of the certificates we needed to help set up our EMS. Really great , helpful, friendly service. well done that man!

Good Shredding service but they have tried to overcharge us for the amount of shredding they actually did. Their pricing is far from transparent so be very careful to fully check their quotes. it is a shame as they offer a good service but are far too sharp for their own good. we wouldn't use them again.

Amazing customer service - Deborah Blood was kind and super helpful whilst handling my request.

Everything was good. The gentleman who we initially dealt with set up a collection of our waste paper and gave us a price. We paid for the service and the waste collected on the date specified. All good. We then get a phone call when we are on holiday to say he’s on his way to collect the waste? Obviously we are confused as it’s already collected. We explain there must have been a mix up and the company office had made a mistake and sent somebody out for a job already completed. Phone call ended and we thought that was over…. Until we get another bill from shred it. I’ve emailed the company and also had a discussion on the phone with a member of staff who said he’d look into it. I explained the situation and we are still getting an invoice through asking for money from their mix up…. Well sorry no way am I paying for their mistake and paying twice for a job! If you are reading this shred it, get your act together and stop sending an invoice already paid.

If you need a company with few morals and happy that Shred It and its sister company Stericycle have had a long running business relationship with the animal testing & animal experiments world, then this company is for you! They are great when it comes to collecting the thousands of animals that die yearly in research facilities and disposing of those bodies through incineration.

It's a horrible company with terrible customer service!! They are just interested in charging money and do very little to actually deliver. Save yourself and do not trust them. Also reading the reviews, realising that most good reviews are actually fake!!

These guys are scammers, and the reviews are fake. Don’t trust them and avoid at all costs. We had the worst experience with them.

No one is coming back to me to confirm collection, I’ve been offered 3 dates and only 1 I can do because the other dates are after my house move. I’ve paid up front for this service and am extremely anxious whether my bags will be taken before my house move. It’s a terrible service. I can’t even phone them, the answerphone message says everything is done online now but there is no system to book collection - just a contact form of which I’ve used and no one is replying. Don’t recommend them at all!
