Looked everywhere through my e mails and realised I had inadvertently deleted it. Rang Shred It this afternoon. Steve Broderick took the call, was so pleasant, had to deal with a couple of hiccups re email address, dealt with it all complications. Nothing too much trouble. Found invoice we needed, didn't have to wait long, really helpful and so pleasant, even towards the end of the day in the middle of summer. thank you

United Kingdom | 09 August 2024When about to enter a review the default comment in this box is "What Went Wrong This Time" lets keep the review short and sweet and comment on "What Went Right This Time" the answer, absolutely nothing. Non existent customer service. Spend huge amounts of time chasing for answers, on each occasion response is "I have just received a reply from that department" im assuming they only reply to emails when it coincides with my emails. Overcharging, misapplication of payments and blaming the customer for non payment when they have the money just havent allocated it correctly, changing of collection dates. Avoid at all costs
