Shred It were very patient with our changes of dates, number of bags - all communications with everyone at Shred It were polite and efficient as was the collection. Quite expensive but no less than other shredding companies to be honest.

Shred It supplied the waste bags free of charge, which once I had filled I booked the pick-up service via email, I was then advised of a date for my waste collection. On the day, Shred It rang to confirm they were on their way, the driver was warm, friendly and efficient, a great experience all round, will definitely use again.

It took over a month before my bags were removed - despite a firm promise that it would be < 1 week. Not an efficient service.

This was my first time using Shred It in a professional capacity, and their service has been second to none. Paul Farrow has been absolutely fantastic in both explaining the process and going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He is a credit to the great team at Shred It.

Do not use!!!! **UPDATE** Have now been on the phone to shred it for over 1hour over 2 days and spoken to 7 people in total over numerous departments and STILL no further ahead. Terrible company with even worse customer service. there seems to be no internal communication at all. The drivers are always polite and friendly however regularly sent to the wrong addresses. when contacting shred it to rectify their errors, be prepared to be on the phone for at least 45 mins- 1 hour and have to talk to at least 3 different people before making any head way. we shall be cancelling our contract with them imminently.

Excellent customer service from Tim Gmerek as to competitive pricing and all logistical arrangements. Collection team very punctual and liaised with me prior to their arrival, Thoroughly recommended.

From start to finish, Shred IT was good to work with. Prompt to quote, explain the process and collect the media for destruction. Quickly followed by a Certificate of Destruction for our records.

I was given some incorrect information to start with as I was told that invoices were not sent to my email address. I asked who changed it and was told that you would have had to have a request to change it when I asked for this I was told a mistake had been made and my email address was on the account. I also had to explain the format I wanted my invoices in. Plus I did not get an answer as to why this months invoice was not sent out. To request a copy invoice took 22 mins. On the plus side the lady I was talking to was very pleasant and did everything she could to help me and the result was I was sent the invoices while still on the phone. So my query was resolved there and then.

Deborah Blood responded in a prompt and efficient manner and took my issue seriously. She also looked further into my query and was able to resolve it in a way that suited both my company and Shred-it. Many thanks Deborah. Dorothy

UPDATE: Shred it have now said this visit was completed, but I still have 9 bags of bagged paperwork next to me in my office....... I booked a large shredding collection over the phone. I asked if I could send a PO and that was all fine. In our company, the terms of POs are to be paid AFTER the service have been recieved. On the phone I was told this was fine. I bagged 9 BAGS of old paperwork and raised a PO. However the date came around, and Shred it *never* collected the shredding items, but tried to charge me. When I contacted them to ask why, I never had a single response. I have just now had an invitation to complete this trust pilot review. It's unbelievable! I now have 9 bags of uncollected paperwork in my office that I need to get rid of. Very poor service and would not recommend. My customer tracking number was: 0808731
