We have used Shred It to collect our secure waste for a number of years and their service has always been great.

They turn up without noice and only took half the bags when I ask them to take the rest I had to pay them agin. Plus they now try to charge my a third time I we be staying away from the company from now on

Your customer service is awful!! Your contract lacks any flexibility except for when it suits your company and then you seem to think you can ignore your own terms and conditions as it benefits you. Hardly conducive to retaining customers.

Had an amazing experience with the Portsmouth depot. After being let down short notice by another company shred it stepped in quickly and effectively. Cannot remember names unfortunately but they made it such a pleasant easy experience.

I received a call from my internal account exec and was pleasantly surprised as it was regarding us saving money on our account. With a no hard sell approach, they kindly explained that we could save money if we took up some of their additional products, as we had an increase on our account by 50% over the last 3 months. After some initial deliberation we agreed but they were patient and supportive throughout our integration lol!! Initial contact by phone was really helpful. The payment arrangement was clear and quick. Delivery arrangements were straightforward. South Marston Park is not difficult to get to.

Customer care services are poor, not appreciated a long term business with the clients. Rude approach, lady called Rachel in Cambridge area was not responding for 6 month. Collection services are over priced. Agreements are 3 years, so not possible to leave Shred it easily.
