I had never used Shred It before. My first and only contact with the company was with the Inside Sales Executive who was extremely efficient and helpful. Whether by email or on the phone he was always helpful and knowledgeable. Then at the depot where I took my bags for shredding they knew who I was and what I was bringing because all the paperwork had been efficiently done beforehand.
