Very easy company to work with. I've just had a very helpful call with Susan Idama from the accounts team. The only piece of feedback I'd give is that they cannot provide names of attendees ahead of time. We operate a visitor management system and never know who will arrive, therefor they are saved in our system as "shredit".

We have been customers of Shred-It for years, they have always been timely and accurate, service is 2nd to none and I have no hestitation in recommending them to help you manage your confidential waste. We have now moved to a paperless organisation and as such no longer need the monthly bin pick ups. Kudzai has been excellent, they have worked hard to find a solution which now better suits our business needs, sadly this has meant we are no longer using a monthly collection but have switched to ad hoc.

As a new customer, Bobby took me through the process of how the system works and what type of service would best suit my needs. Very clear in the explanation given and I was happy to proceed with this. Bags were dropped off so I was able to start the disposal procedure and then 2 weeks later called back to arrange uplift. Again Bobby was there to guide me through the process of signing the agreement then await a suitable time slot for collection. All very clear and helpful in the advice given.

I have used Shred-it since setting up in business in 2018. My business handles sensitive client data and I need to be satisfied that all client information is shredded on conclusion of their case (and sometimes during the progress of their case). I use the drop in service which allows me to take my shredding to Shred-it when needed. I find them helpful and reliable and recommend them to others in need of secure shredding services.
