First time I have dealt with this company and won't be the last. From start to finish the Customer Service was 5 star. Kept up to date with emails and phone calls, very easy to pay. The Driver rang me when he was on his way to pick up the goods and arrived when he said he would. The Driver was the most pleasant person I have met at 08.15a.m. in the morning. Called to arrange the uplift of paperwork to shred. Spoke to Lauren who was lovely - really friendly and helpful. She got everything booked and the paperwork sent. The following day I had a query about their other services and spoke to Sian, another lovely, friendly, and helpful young lady who answered my questions fully. These ladies are a credit to the company and give me confidence in the professionalism of the business.

Took ages to get a date and then they emailed the date through without checking it was convenient. We had actually moved by then and they charged us for a failed pick up. Poor communication and a costly mistake.
